Our intimate, clear, climate-controlled globes offer a one-of-a-kind way to dine year-round. In winter, they’re the perfect spot for après-ski cocoa or dinner as snowflakes fall outside. Come summer, they transform into starlit hideaways for evening meals under the night sky. With an inviting atmosphere available for up to six people and expansive views in every season, the Dining Globes turn ordinary moments into memorable ones. Reservations required.

Coming December 2026 — Simon's Tavern
In October 2025, Homestead will close Simon’s and The Tavern to begin transformation of the Main House. When it reopens in December 2026, the Main House will include a completely reimagined Simon’s Tavern — complete with a new bar concept, indoor and outdoor dining, and a curated menu featuring elevated and familiar favorites.
