Originally designed by Bruce Summerhays, the course is being rebuilt from the ground up with expanded tees, renovated bunkers, re-contoured greens, a Signature Double Green connecting the 9th and 18th holes, and newly revealed mountain vistas along the winding path of Snake Creek.

The result is a Par-71, 18-hole championship course that celebrates the natural beauty of Midway, Utah while delivering an unparalleled playing experience. The course is managed by Troon and is scheduled to open Summer 2027.

The primary distinction is golf access.

A Social Membership provides full use of Homestead’s resort amenities—six year-round heated pools, the Activity Center, indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, 2,000 Sq ft. fitness classes, access to the new Clubhouse, and preferred food and beverage pricing—but does not include unlimited golf or priority tee times.

A Full Membership includes everything in the Social tier plus unlimited golf privileges with cart fees included on the redesigned John Fought course, priority tee times, member-only golf events, complimentary use of the putting course, golf simulator access, concierge ski transport to Deer Valley East Village, pro shop discounts, and special pricing on Crater and activity experiences.

Yes, all membership categories receive special pricing on Crater experiences and activity rentals as part of their membership.

The Crater is Midway’s iconic natural geothermal hot spring, located on the Homestead property, and is one of the most distinctive resort experiences in Utah. Its design is also an inspiration for the resort’s new year-round pool oasis, which features spa pools, private cabanas, and a bathhouse-inspired spa. Social Members benefit from preferred resort pricing across Homestead’s amenities as well.

Yes, Full and Heritage Members receive concierge ski transport to Deer Valley East Village as part of their membership.
