Sunroom at the Virginia House

Shared Plates, Historic Settings

New for Fall 2025, The Sunroom invites guests to dine in Homestead’s historic Virginia House. Originally built in 1886 as lodging for Schneitter’s Hot Pots, the Virginia House has been lovingly restored over the past year to serve as a gift shop, new dining concept, and the Homestead, Autograph Collection Residences sales office.

Our chefs have pulled inspiration and ingredients from the surrounding valley to curate The Sunroom’s shared-concept menu. Hotel guests and the surrounding community can indulge in craft cocktails made with local spirits while savoring dishes like Snake River Farms Beef Tenderloin and Guanciale Meatballs.

Whatever your reason to gather, The Sunroom invites you to slow down and savor life’s simple pleasures.
